Event description
Charity, which is known as our “4th C.” Our Founder believed strongly in the principle, “Love your neighbor.” FTI strives to encourage and support our employees to develop and maintain a spirit of charity by volunteering their time, attention, efforts, and resources to any of a wide range of charitable or community outreach activities. We want to take the time to share with you one of the great charitable things that are going on this month at FTI. March is Women’s History Month. We have a very special activity going on this month to honor this theme and provide support for our active servicewomen.
Here at FTI we are excited to honor Women’s History Month which originated as a national celebration in 1981 when Congress passed legislation recognizing Women nationwide. Since 1995, presidents have issued a series of annual proclamations designating the month of March as “Women’s History Month.” These proclamations celebrate the contributions women have made to the United States and recognize the specific achievements women have made over the course of American history in a variety of fields.
The 4th C SHERO TROOPSTER EVENT
In honor of Women’s Month, the 4th C (click here to learn more about the 4th C) will be partnering with Troopster to send care packs to deployed servicewomen overseas our “Sheroes”. Our goal is to help them send 5,000 care packs. Each pack costs around $15 plus shipping. Help us reach our goal in two ways:
1. Give directly to Troopster using this link https://troopster.kindful.com/?campaign=1111545 and the 4th C will match every $15 donation for a box with a matching donation and cover the shipping.
2. Purchase a gift basket for Mother’s Day delivery through Arena Farms ( obsessed with organic luxury by ArenaFarms on Etsy ) and mention FTI in your note at checkout. Arena Farms is run by Charlie Arena, who is a young female African American entrepreneur who has created these amazing gift baskets and has agreed to donate a portion of the proceeds to Troopster. You can also make a donation of product to Shero through Arena Farms. This is a great opportunity to recognize and honor those special women in your own life while supporting a great cause and a young female entrepreneur.

2022 Navy Contract Modification Award
FTI has been awarded a contract modification worth $17.8 million from the U.S. Navy. This modification extends the contract to include option years three and four, focusing on affordability and readiness assessment decision support. The company specializes in IT and consulting services for the defense industry and earned $238.16 million in prime contract awards in 2021. FTI solidifies its position as the 6th largest defense company in the Dayton area, according to the Dayton Business Journal’s U.S. Department of Defense Contractors list.

2021 Air Force Contract Award
Frontier Technology Inc. has been awarded a $950,000,000 ceiling indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the maturation, demonstration and proliferation of capability across platforms and domains, leveraging open systems design, modern software and algorithm development in order to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). This contract is part of a multiple award multi-level security effort to provide development and operation of systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms.
