FTI Wins Community Supporter Award
Event description
Last night, November 7, 2019, FTI was honored to be named as the Dayton Business Journal’s 2019 Community Supporter Business of the Year. The Dayton Business Journal hosts the award event every year in Dayton’s Schuster Center. This black-tie gala brings the local business community together for a night of fellowship in order to honor the achievements of local businesses in the Dayton community.
FTI’s company culture is governed by our beliefs: Core Values, Commitment, Compassion, and Charity (the 4 Cs). FTI focuses its corporate culture and passion on the motto of the 4th C, “Love Thy Neighbor.” The company and its employees are committed to caring for and supporting the communities in which they live and work and where our offices exist. FTI’s 4th C efforts in the local Dayton area were catalysts for the nomination of Community Supporter Business of the Year. Through FTI’s 4th C Committee, which governs the charity aspects of FTI, the company supported numerous efforts intended to positively affect the Dayton community. The 4th C supported a Dayton Strong T-shirt Campaign from which all the proceeds went to help those affected by the Memorial Day Tornadoes and Oregon District Shooting. One of the most exciting 4th C efforts in the Dayton area is the participation and funding of the Dayton Honor Flight. Employees volunteered to support Dayton Honor Flight with more than 40 Guardians and by funding an entire flight of over 110 veterans this year. This event has become a highlight and pinnacle for the activities of the 4th C, as it brings together employees from across the country.
It was an honor for FTI to be one of the three nominees for this award, and a wonderful surprise to be named the Community Supporter Business of the Year. FTI is honored by this award. 2022 Navy Contract Modification Award
FTI has been awarded a contract modification worth $17.8 million from the U.S. Navy. This modification extends the contract to include option years three and four, focusing on affordability and readiness assessment decision support. The company specializes in IT and consulting services for the defense industry and earned $238.16 million in prime contract awards in 2021. FTI solidifies its position as the 6th largest defense company in the Dayton area, according to the Dayton Business Journal’s U.S. Department of Defense Contractors list.

2021 Air Force Contract Award
Frontier Technology Inc. has been awarded a $950,000,000 ceiling indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the maturation, demonstration and proliferation of capability across platforms and domains, leveraging open systems design, modern software and algorithm development in order to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). This contract is part of a multiple award multi-level security effort to provide development and operation of systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms.
